Contest Rules:
• Official entry forms can be found at designated areas within Wonderland of the Americas (Wonderland) property and online
at www.wonderlandamericas.com. Each entry form must be deposited into official entry box at designated areas within
Wonderland or received online. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null,
and void. Wonderland and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, officers, employees’ agents, successors or
assigns will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Wonderland is not responsible for
entries that are sent timely but for whatever reason not received by Wonderland by the contest deadline.
• Winner(s) will be notified via phone, e-mail & announced on the Wonderland website. If the winner does not respond to the
notification within ten (10) business days AFTER official announcement has been made (excludes Saturday & Sunday),
another winner will be chosen. Again, failure to respond within ten (10) business days AFTER official
announcement has been made shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize: it is recommended to the entrants that they pay
close attention to the website, provide contact information and any other necessary details for potential notification.
• Winner(s) must show proof of residency in the State of Texas and must be 18 years of age or older.
• Winner(s) may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
• There will not be cash disbursement for any reason, under any circumstances for the (4) winners of the Holiday Shopping
Soree.
• Wonderland reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any drawing rules at any time and will post any
change to the rules on the website and on Mall property designated areas.
• By entering drawing, entrant conclusively attests, acknowledges and affirms that he/she is deemed to have agreed to be
bound by these drawing rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such drawing and any additional
rules or modifications of rules as posted on the website post entry. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• In drawing, the winners) are selected at random and cannot be determined in advance.
• Holiday Shopping Spree (this entry) will have (4) winners. Winners will be announced at the Mall Stage on Tuesday,
November 22nd at 3:00 p.m.
• No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the drawing
• Wonderland employees, tenants or vendors including their families are not eligible for these drawings
• Except where prohibited: Acceptance of a prize constitutes the consent of winner(s), without further compensation, to use
their name and picture for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by Wonderland
